Almond-Pineapple Smoothie is great for morning routine
- 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk)
- 2 1/2 ozs Pineapple
- 20 whole Blanched & Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 cup Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
Feel free to substitute other fruits or nuts for the pineapple and/or almonds (about 20 whole almonds, 3 Tbsp slivered). Be sure to use fresh pineapple in this smoothie. Canned pineapple is swimming in sugar.
Combine the yogurt, pineapple, almonds and almond milk in a blender and purée until smooth and creamy.
